Space

We have just completed our space unit.  The students had lots of fun learning about space and the names of all the planets.  We made constellations, telescopes, the solar system, and even visited the Adler Planetarium.

The students also learned the following song:

Scientist of the Week

We have started doing scientist of the week weekly.  So far Samantha, Griffin, and Gemalyn have had the opportunity to be scientist of the week and show us some great experiments.  Samantha and her dad showed us how to create glitter globes.

Last week Gemalyn and her dad showed us how to make an egg float.

Our New Classroom

I am very excited to have the opportunity to teach preschool and I am looking forward to all the learning and fun that we will have during the rest of the school year.

I would like to welcome Lilly to our class.  She joined a few weeks ago.

The students have been enjoying our new classroom as you can see.
